Mobkar APP – ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION REQUEST

If you would like to delete your (mobkar) account and all
associated personal data, please follow the steps below:

HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Send an email to info@mob-kar.com with the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request”
Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your Minas account
- Your phone number (if registered)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT GETS PERMANENTLY DELETED
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Once we process your request, the following data will be
permanently deleted from Minas:
- Your Mobkar account and login credentials
- Your order history within the app
- Your personal information (name, address, phone number, email)
- Any saved payment methods
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
prettyprofessional may retain certain data for up to 90 days for:
- Legal and regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention records required by PayPal/Braintree
After 90 days, all retained data will be permanently deleted.

PARTIAL DATA DELETION (WITHOUT DELETING ACCOUNT)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
You can also request deletion of specific data only, without
deleting your Minas account. To do so, email Info@mob-kar.com
and specify which data you would like removed.

We will confirm and process your deletion request within 30 days.
